Faculty Meetings

Staff have formal meetings every week on Wednesday morning. These meetings are divided between KLA (or Faculty meetings) and professional learning team (PLT) meetings.

The PLT meetings combine members of different faculties and undertake various professional development based around improving the quality of education provided to our students. Issues discussed at meetings include the use of 4mat learning styles, meetingrubric use and assessment, improving intellectual quality etc.

A short staff meeting takes place each Friday for immediate issues and a more formal staff meeting takes place once a month after school on Thursdays to further develop staff skills and enhance the learning of students.

Parent-teacher meetings occur on Wednesday in the 5th week of every term. These start at 3.30 and run through till 7pm. Students are encouraged to make appointments with teachers for the evening.
